AgriLinx are working with British Sugar to support them to sell their LimeX co-product on farm where their own agricultural contract managers do not currently reach.

 

British Sugar are the largest supplier of sugar to the UK and as part of their process generate a significant amount of co-product in the form of LimeX. LimeX is the UK’s leading product for the correction of soil pH and is supplied from all 4 operational sites, Newark, Downham Market, Bury St Edmunds and Cantley (near Norwich).

 

As well as correcting for pH, LimeX has a number of nutrients and is used in a wide range of arable crops, grassland and forage crops. AgriLinx offer competitive rates for supply, delivery and spreading of lime to complement our crop offering, especially in pulses in this case.
